Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us through our customer support page or email.
You are welcome to remove items from their packaging to inspect or try them, as part of our 30-day guarantee. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged or show signs of excessive use.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please note that your return may need to be sent back to the warehouse it was shipped from, which may be located in a different country. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Thevelta is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Orders containing 30 or more units are considered wholesale orders and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please include a note inside your return package with your name, email address, and order number so we can identify and process your return correctly.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method, usually within 10 working days. If this time has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are listed in working days. They do not include processing times. We do not provide refunds for deliveries that arrive outside of the estimated delivery window, as shipping times may vary, especially during busy periods.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been picked, packed, or processed by our warehouse, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you may still be able to return the item under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
